Anne-Marie Zahar is committed to protecting the Client&#039;s personal information and undertakes to comply with French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties, as amended by European Regulation 2016\/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The company Anne-Marie Zahar (hereinafter &quot;Anne-Marie Zahar&quot; or the &quot;Site&quot;) whose registered office is located at 25 rue des Grands Augustins 75006 Paris is responsible for the processing of the Client&#039;s personal data.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Anne-Marie Zahar collects the Client&#039;s personal data for the following purposes:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 the processing of his order<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 the preparation of invoices by Anne-Marie Zahar and, in this case, the identification of the Client,<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 to ship the order to the correct address or to inform the Customer about order tracking and shipping,<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 delivery and assembly,<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Order tracking with customer service,<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 of any other action relating to the management and operation of the order.<\/p>\n<p>The requested information marked with an asterisk is mandatory for the proper processing of the order or service requested by the Client. Data includes the following personal information: surname, first name, email address, mobile phone number, account password, email addresses of the referrer and\/or referred customer, history of discount vouchers, history of mail\/email correspondence, billing address (surname, first name, company, postal address, telephone number), delivery address (surname, first name, company, postal address, telephone number, floor, access code for the building or house), payment information (type, amount, transaction number, status), history of products ordered, delivery information (type, expected date, actual date), product incidents (maintenance reports, product photographs), statistical analyses, and satisfaction surveys. Data also includes information that is automatically collected by the Site, such as IP address, cookies, connection and browsing data.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Anne-Marie Zahar protects the Client&#039;s privacy by complying with applicable legislation.<\/p>\n<p>The Client agrees that their Data may be collected and used by Anne-Marie Zahar, in accordance with the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n<p>Anne-Marie Zahar does not collect data for minors under the age of 16.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. The management of bank details is handled by a third-party service provider, PayPal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1.2 Cookies<\/p>\n<p>A cookie is a file containing text information that is saved on the Client&#039;s hard drive when they visit a website.<\/p>\n<p>The Site uses cookies, which it can access when the Customer revisits the Site.
