These works, falling within the fields of designer art and applied arts, are handcrafted as unique pieces or limited editions. They are presented at the gallery-workshop located at 25 rue des Grands Augustins in Paris, as well as on the website www.annemariezahar.com. Each purchase is part of an artistic process. As each creation may exhibit variations due to its handmade nature, these characteristics contribute to its unique character.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Article 1 \u2013 Purpose <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The purpose of these conditions is to define the terms and conditions for booking, ordering and transferring the creations offered by Anne-Marie Zahar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Article 2 \u2013 Nature of the creations<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The creations offered are original works, designed and handcrafted. Some pieces are unique, while others may be produced in limited editions or made to order, respecting the artist&#039;s vision. Each creation may exhibit variations in shape, material, or finish inherent to its handcrafted nature.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Article 3 \u2013 Availability <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The pieces presented on the website are offered subject to availability or the artist&#039;s creation schedule. If a piece is unavailable, a similar creation may be considered upon request, without any guarantee of an exact reproduction.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Article 4 \u2013 Order <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The acquisition of a light fixture can be done either directly for available pieces or by commission for a custom-made creation. All orders imply full and complete acceptance of these terms and conditions. Prior consultation may be necessary to define the characteristics of the artwork.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Article 5 \u2013 Price <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Prices are listed in euros. They may vary depending on the nature of the work, its complexity, and the work required to create it.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Article 6 \u2013 Payment Terms <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Payment can be made using the methods offered on the website or agreed upon directly with the artist. An order will only be considered valid upon receipt of payment or the agreed deposit.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Article 7 \u2013 Completion deadlines <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The production times given are indicative only. They depend on the nature of the creation, the level of personalization and the artist&#039;s schedule.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Article 8 \u2013 Delivery <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The pieces can be collected from the gallery or shipped to the address provided. Shipping is carried out with the utmost care. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on logistical constraints.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Article 9 \u2013 Right of withdrawal <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>In accordance with current legislation, a right of withdrawal may apply to standard works. However, this right does not apply to custom-made or personalized creations, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Article 10 \u2013 Liability <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Anne-Marie Zahar cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of a creation. Variations, nuances, and irregularities inherent to handcrafted production and the artistic process cannot be considered defects.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Article 11 \u2013 Intellectual Property <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The works offered remain protected by copyright.
